Nobody is complaining about eggs anymore. They were under Biden. The news cycle is driven by the extreme right, then it goes to Fox, then CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, ... all cover what Fox is running. There may be people in your bubble complaining about eggs, but it's not a constant story.
