I don't watch cable news anymore. Since I have found several independent channels (IHIP, Mary Trump, Don Lemon, Meidas, etc.) on YouTube, I watch news there. It cuts out watching mainstream media and their propaganda. You start to realize just how much MSM is normalizing the Trump regime.
