Take any classic cocktail recipe that contains aperol or Campari and sub Cynar in 1-1. Spritz contains champagne yes. Negroni is another classic that I prefer Cynar in.

Yes, cynar is also better than aperol! But bruto americano is even better (in case you haven’t tried it)

we also mostly consume classic cocktails only at home b/c they cost almost nothing to make... I only ever order cocktails outside if they contain ingredients that are impractical to have at home.
