I have Cynar I don't know what to do with, is that sparkling water, tonic or sparkling wine?
Take any classic cocktail recipe that contains aperol or Campari and sub Cynar in 1-1. Spritz contains champagne yes. Negroni is another classic that I prefer Cynar in.
I'm quite partial to a good negroni! esp the "sbagliato" version.
Yes, cynar is also better than aperol! But bruto americano is even better (in case you haven’t tried it)
we don't get it on this side of the pond. besides, with 2 kids I simply don't go to bars anymore 🥶
we also mostly consume classic cocktails only at home b/c they cost almost nothing to make... I only ever order cocktails outside if they contain ingredients that are impractical to have at home.
