Most voice actors don't make enough to get into the union and pay fees so anyone that isn't in the union won't be able to work

Not every company does that and even under the union folk are barely making by. Unions are good but in this instance I think Sag needs to make things better for the voice actors since again even after being in the union they are still scraping by.

Like it really seems like SAG is more for movie stars and hollywood and not your average voice actor.

Then you agree. The union should negotiate with the billion dollar industry to get their members more pay right? As in you pay people what their worth right?

If most voice actors could afford to get in the union and pay their fees comfortably yes but again SAG AFTRA is not good for voice actors in it's current state it's more suited for hollywood.

Most voice actors barely make enough to keep up with union fees under the union so you are half reading my posts to just try and get a gotcha.

Or, and this is important so pay attention, YOU PAY PEOPLE WHAT THEY'RE WORTH!

I'm sorry I'm not terminally online but my point is even union voice actors aren't paid what they are worth to the point it's barely viable.
