If Scotland was more appealing, then perhaps England wouldn't have to take in over 90% of people moving to the UK.

That 90% figure isn’t accurate—and misses the point. Scotland wants to welcome more people. But being subject to UK-wide immigration policy blocks us from building the fair, compassionate immigration system we need. That’s what independence would change. #YesBenWyvis #ImagineScotland

It doesn't matter what we 'think'. It matters what the actual number is. But even more, it matters that those numbers have happened under the current dysfunctional system. Scotland wants to take in more immigrants but is not 'allowed' to.
