So what is JS going to do about it? Cum the next Scottish election we get 50%+ Indy MSPs and WM rejects a referendum JS needs to go to international law and state this jointly with other parties in manifestos.

Scotland IS a nation. It's a nation in a union, but nothing in the Act of Union eliminated the nation status of Scotland or England. It's not analogous to the ACW.
