Why not? His thin sliced beef is much more tender than the room service steak. It also has a nice touch of tannin. Watch out for his steak sauce though -- it stains!

But it was a super not at all sketchy tent in the partially vacant mall parking lot! The prices were not to be beaten! 20 ribeyes for $30! So what if it doesn't have a USDA rating and it says "beet juice" somewhere on the label! The more you spend the more you save!
