Wait. Does that mean that you didn’t vaccinate your kid against chicken pox?

No dude what the fuck
If this is a joke it’s a shitty one
I don’t know when kids get vaccinated against everything. I know there’s some kind of schedule. And there’s like 50+ vaccines. I don’t have kids so I don’t know
Hey man, you can block me and try to make a joke out of this for an innocent question or you can also realize that it it was an innocent question. I don’t have kids and didn’t know about immunizations for kids or booster or how effective they are. It was an innocent question & didnt deserve vitriol
No, just wondering how if a kid is vaccinated they still get chicken pox. It’s not a joke, not trying to be funny just wondering. Every disease we basically eradicated is on the rise and RFK Jr isn’t allowing us to vaccinate against them. It’s fucked up.
You don't give a kid the 2nd dose of varicella vaccine until 4.
Had to look up varicella. Yeah I know there’s a schedule for kids because there’s so many vaccines. I didn’t know what it is because I don’t have a kid. God damn. I had chicken pox as a kid and it was terrible. I was… 5? 6? But I remember having it. It was that bad. No scars or anything luckily.
Yeah, my parents are doctors and sent me to a pox party because the vaccine didn't exist yet and its better to get chicken pox as a kid than shingles as an adult.
I just looked up the history of the vaccine. Apparently Japan had it in the 1970s and we didn’t have it until 1995! What the hell! The booster was only added in 2006. No wonder I had it as a kid.
I am almost 50 and you can still get shingles even if you’ve had chicken pox or been vaccinated unless you’ve been vaccinated against shingles. I hope that fucker doesnt block the shingles vaccine. I need to book that soon. As well as COVID before we can’t.
