I'm not a spicy, chile, pepper, shot sauce person as I have pre existing GI conds. I do pickle cucumbers but the secret ingredient? White balsalmic vinegar. Cuts thru any bitter or too hot flavors. (just don't tell anyone 😉😄) Red onions linger for weeks w/me.
