He will most likely be dead. Or in a coma. Doubt he can make it much longer. What we should be worrying about is Vance and the rest. They'll keep doing horrible things, but won't have the mad cult's love that 47 has.

Oh, I include them in my disgust. My feelings wouldn’t be hurt one bit if an asteroid dropped right on the people’s house while it was occupied by all parties. All the good folks are gone..It would just be divine intervention..
