Is this stuff real? Lmao. Or is this RFK-ish stuff? Clearly, I don’t take anything but like a daily multivitamin. Everything else seems like a scam ?

Fish oil is beneficial. It worked well for me in conjunction with some other antiinflammatories that I was taking. You can belch the fish oil taste & it can be unpleasant but if inflammation is bad enough then it's worth it. I also used to take turmeric but will not any longer. Also won't cook w/it.

Lollll I can’t stand how RFK is blurring the lines with anything outside of the “established” science that is ever dwindling bc they cut all the damn funding. But either way fish oil and vitamin D are pretty well studied. They won’t cure cancer or substitute things like vaccines but they are solid

It’s well established that it lowers triglyceride levels (high values can increase risk of heart disease and stroke) to the point that the American heart association recommends it. Not sure what your inflammatory markers are but I’d at least ask your doc about taking it

Fish oil can be problematic as overfishing occurs for the fish oil supplement market. I quit using it for that reason.

FWIW there are non-fish sources of EPA/DHA if there are ethical concerns
