I think if its out of context, its defamatory. Of course if you are a communist, no harm, no foul.

What case holds this?
I'm just going on new norms, in recent baseless settlements. Previously, I was sure the 1st ammendment had some credibility. I guess to set this straight, it all depends on who's saying what to whom.
So there’s no supporting law?
No, just inappropriate transactions. I think you probably have a background in law, so I'm sure you understand the hypothetical implications of asking such a provocative guestion.
I understand that questions may be defamatory, but I'm not sure how calling someone a communist is defamatory. Can you walk me through it?
Now your just wasting my time. You seem to be of high intellect, if you cant see the negative reactions, caused by a group that can't even define communism, or Marxism, use thereof, I can't help you. War of words between ignorant people, never produces good results.
Do you want the case law that says you're wrong? Or do you just want to rely on your feelings?
Are you gonna tell me, defamation requires a faslsifiable, statement of fact and that it reguires provable harm? As I said, words matter, but of course there no legal course of actions. Its was a mind teasing hypothetical. I found your response invigorating & have some actual legal guestions later
No, I’m going to tell you that whether someone is a communist is either hyperbole or an opinion based on disclosed facts, neither of which are defamatory. I’m not sure why you thought this was invigorating or whatever; you just said I was wasting your time.
I enjoyed the banter, up to a point. I only wished you would have gotten to the point a lot sooner.
