To us plain citizens of the EU, it appears more likely you and your fellow European leaders are wasting tax payers money to fill the pockets of you and your friends Madame President. What Europe needs most is peace and housing, not war and refugees. Do what we the citizens want please! Thank you.
There will be no peace without strength. I'm sure Putin would love us to invest in housing without the weapons needed to defend them.
