KCK is a suburb of KCMO - it’s small and there are also other suburban communities on the Kansas side. I know there are some metro wide cooperations, but I don’t know the extent.
It makes me sad that I grew up with Cleaver, McKaskill and Carnahan. The corrupt machine has won out. And makes everyone poor.
