I'll be honest, as Michael Wolff says. The reason that agreement was overturned in 2019 has to be known immediately. Horrible as it is, I think it protects her. The only way is if the defense were blackmailing the doj to sign that thing. That's the only way I can think it could be overridden.
If the deal does NOT list the protected by name, it really was to protect Epstein, not the unnamed people. It prevents the Govt from threatening prosecution of the others as a means to get more testimony against Epstein for things NOT in the main agreement. Epstein no longer needs that protection
