As I said, because of Trump’s budget cuts, there is not enough money for everyone. Changing that requires changing the budget. Which the democrats do not have control over. If they had won Congress, they would have had control over changing the budget. But right now they don’t Take it up with trump

I’m not plotting harm towards anybody. I’m saying we should consider how to save as many lives as possible with the resources we have, because unless trump magically changes his ways and reverses course, we are going to have to live with his budget cuts until there’s a new administration.
