This was a much-needed, and astute, decision. Air Canada has not been fair to their employees and should not be able to hold all those who depend on tourism hostage to their intransigence.

The mandated arbitration will likely favour the flight attendants. Look at the facts. AC management is in an untenable position. Think also of the other workers affected by the strike.
