Utah shot down a redistricting attempt. Californian courts rejected a challenge to their redistricting attempt. Texas passed theirs, but they’re being sued over it as we speak. Dems have actually had several rulings go our way this week.
Oh and Iowa!!!

Also Dems overperformed in several special elections this week, including breaking the Iowa supermajority. Remember that the media (and certain bad actors on social media) want everyone to believe the Dems are doing worse than they are, so that's why you don't see the good news.
But New York appears inable to join the counter assault.
