I work in state government. I know 5 friends from school/previous work who have been fired from their fed jobs due to no fault of their own. Let’s see: two who worked on environmental assessments, one who managed a wilderness area in CO, one budget analyst for DOL, one emergency management person.

Now we can hire private contractors who will do it for profit and then donate back to politicians.
