I wouldn’t be averse to this. He’s been in place for a long time; change could be good.

For a lot of senior players he’s the only voice they have heard internationally. Will surely be easier to freshen things up & integrate the next generation with a fresh voice

Just a question of who replaces him - I’d move Franco Smith from Glasgow and possibly Peter Horne to take his place … although might be too soon for Horne
