I would think most will if those orders are lawful and just. Like protecting ones citizens from harm. And the guard has plenty of soldiers who do not like Trump or tyranny and won’t pledge oaths to any individual.

If I’m mistaken, we become a country ruled by a dictator and I see civil war since blue states will have nothing to do with tyranny. And many blue cities within red states will actively rebel against this fascist tyrant.
