There has already been violence. USAID cuts have killed people. Just because you kill somebody with pen strokes instead of gunshots doesn't make you less of a murderer.

Yes but OP is referring to the violence WE will have to commit to end it. And we don't have access to pen stroke violence. Only the other kind.
