New week, new icon! This is a model of Anisodon, a member of the extinct perissodactyl family Chalicotheriidae. Modern perissodactyls include horses and tapirs. Chalicotheres were sort of like gigantic gorilla-horses: they had huge, powerful front limbs with clawed hands which they used in foraging.
This model is in a museum in Basel, Germany. I just yoinked the photo off the Wikipedia page for Anisodon lol
You can't see it as well in the icon as I'd like, but I really wanted to get the long, reaching arm in there!
