These are real people w/ all the complex issues of life. They may have family issues that make the stress and danger of a long court fight untenable. They may have been struggling with mental health issues since this nightmare began. They may have to get another job that a firing might jeopardize.
Well said, Kate. I applaud their bravery in resigning rather then do harm. But I also understand what a real sacrifice it is. And I hate that they have to deal with this crap just to add zeros I kazillioniares’ bank accounts, and congress’ insider trading deals
If you notice, these senior management are taking a public stand, maybe because younger employees cannot afford to do so. They are focusing the vitriol of the deranged MAGA regime to protect their employees.
They are heroes in the deepest sense. Laying their sacred honor on the line for all of us. There is no higher calling.
