Anyway sharing this a last time. This isn’t working. It’s not making people take antisemitism more seriously, it’s not keeping Jews safer, it’s endangering people, it’s totally antithetical to building solidarity forward.com/opinion/7320...

But is it defending Zionism and genocide? Because that's what they care about.

Yes. Zionism itself is antisemitic. It grew out of a long tradition of marginalizing people of Jewish descent. It just so happened that Jewish emigrants to Palestine in between 1919-1939 bought that cool-aid, but transformed it into “Arabs = bad”. Now these people’s children rule Israel.

I can understand wanting a country where any Jew can show up and get permanent residency and a work visa. And that could be Zionism. But that's not what it is today.

This article is written from the perspective of a “one issue” voter. Because this was an unaddressed issue, they are trying to read tea leaves. Do we need to define a person by their religion, “the Muslim mayoral candidate”? Can’t we all agree that both Hamas and Netanyahu are causing suffering?

Men, women and children across America are being sent to concentration camps. Everyone fighting hate, including antisemitism, should be focused used on that.
