Brian Kelly and his wife, Paqui, hiked the south rim of the Grand Canyon this summer, which Greg Sankey described in his introduction as a “bucket list item” for them. Over in the corner, Kelly mimicked shooting himself.

Seeing versus hiking. Being Brian Kelly's age, and having climbed a 14'r (Elbert) last summer, I can see the good and bad of the experience. The good - it's beautiful and an awesome accomplishment, the bad - it's so physically taxing, you wonder what the hell you're doing 1/2 way through.
