Trump's explicit position is "Fuck Congress" on pretty much everything. The spineless, feckless, anti-Constitution GOP leadership in the House & Senate are all perfectly eager to take a bottle of White-Out to the U.S. Constitution like the obedient footstools they are.

I care not a single iota about this. In fact, I prefer "War" over "Defense," which was a whitewash job in the first place. He needs to respect the Constitution, of course, which I recognize as the greater issue. But on this specific thing? Whatever. It's fine.
