Thank you so much for posting this. I subscribe to Apple News so I read the full article. It was a great article, very informative of what is going on. I remember 3 of the cases, and am so pleased the Grand Jury is saying, "Ahhhh no." This is BS the way ICE is arresting ppl for assault.

I think judges have limited involvement in grand jury proceedings. If the US Attorney (appointed by Trump) is going to pursue charges against the agents, it is doubtful anything will happen to them from that avenue. Cases should be brought by those whose rights are being violated.

There is no evidence whatsoever for that theory. Border Patrol has over 19,000 agents in total. They’re one of the few groups to wear uniforms, actually; ICE doesn’t, really.
