As a professional in the field for the last 20 years, I have entirely given up. It's pointless to try pointing out that there are clear and legal definitions to these things. The right does not want to hear about it, the left loves confusionism too much.
Even if they weren’t legal definitions, it’s not that difficult to understand the terms. They are what they say they are.

And it’s the BBC again apparently intentionally blurring the lines… At this point, it seems they actually want to create this confusion. The government should hold state-nominated directors of the BBC accountable to avoid seeming complicit in this intention to sow divisiveness.
