Not true! The rest of the world has to act to force putin to end the war! And they should act in such a way that putin gains nothing from it and russia retreats to it's own borders! Millions of people, with the right resolve, can end the war!

Well, you know that this won't happen. Since his hate speech in Munich in 2007, "the rest of the world" lets Putin do what he does with impunity.
