Sounds like a very normal sequence of events to me!

Well, in the writer's defense they did skip the part where he ran into a buring building to rescue an infant, a puppy, a kitten and cute little baby chick.
Mayor? Of what? He's a mayor like he's a lawyer. And quite the little opus here. Or is it a Novella. Perhaps he was D-runk? We already know he's really nuts.
He was jerking-off in his car parked on the side of the road. Then BAM!
We don't believe Team Rudy because you have history.
Gees us is he mayor forever What is he mayor off Sounds suspect More like drunk dreaming
Agreed. It's so horrible when you can't even trust somebody's version of events in a serious situation like this because they have spent decades lying through their teeth about every imaginable topic. He has a family who are probably worried right now, but it's his own fault he's untrustable.
The first paragraph is unrelated and irrelevant.
Ummmm Mr Giuliani may be at the verge of getting the Epstein treatment
family and friends said no thanks we'll pass on this one
It's like a Final Destination "do them in order" plot
From the narrative, the 1st incident is 100% independent of the 2nd. Initially, I thought Giuliani had been struck while pulled over on the shoulder (not uncommon), but officers arrived and RG left. Then, RG was just driving. Why include the "good samaritan" event unless as cover for something else?
"...shortly after Mr. Guliani single-handedly defeated a dozen Klan Biker Rapists in hand-to-hand combat..."
For sure. Nothing sketchy about this scenario at all, nope.
Same story they used for Big Balls. Their writers need to stop slacking off
So we're all assuming the first paragraph is to cover being seen trying to hire a prostitute, right
He was treated for STD’s prophylacticly and released
That obviously fictitious first paragraph is either preemptively covering up something super weird about who was in the car with him or just lying for the love of the game. Idk which.
I mean, why not throw in some false heroism if you have to make a statement?
Key questions: If he was driving, did the cops or the hospital do a blood alcohol test? If not, did they test the driver (his security detail?)? Was he wearing a seat belt? And was the other driver ticketed for DUI/reckless operation/etc.?
What a valiant story of selfless heroism, crazy how literally none of it happened
