Already a big fan here ;-) I have all his albums and he somehow ended up in my sketchbook. I love his melancholic voice. Live at Auckland Town Hall is my favorite cd(s). Great to read that you are learning the language. That always opens doors.

We went to the Auckland gig... it was wonderful to be there. He's warm humourous and connects comfortably with his audience. He finished up with a cover of Screaming Jay Hawkins's 'Portrait of a Man' which was incredibly moving
