Brain space hasn't been the best lately, My mom's deathversary is today/tomorrow, dysmorphia/dysphoria is hitting me SUPER hard today and I'm just exhausted and tired of existing. At least I have my caregiver and some distractions today. I could really use some affirmations and kindness
