I just don't see the point is engaging in debate with fascists like Maher. Maher's not smart, not funny, should be cancelled—but centrists enjoy him. And yeah: if you're gonna be married to a trans person, why are you debating somebody who doesn't believe in trans rights? It's really 🤔 to me ...
It was a bizarre choice especially bc it was a one-on-one interview so it’s not like the other guys pressured him into it. And the Crooked audience isn’t even into Maher so it wasn’t for the ratings. I can’t explain it.
