update for uk folks, RM have their tariff prepayment system up, and while prints and comics are exempt, they’ll still charge a fee for the 0% tariff that they won’t be processing! fortunately it doesn’t stack per item, just a flat fee

tried it out on a couple items which arent exempt, and the handling fee jumped to 71p??? bizarre number. doesnt change with item quantity or price
