I, personally, believe women have agency and are capable of making decisions in the household. But I recognize that some people are still so backwards they think that women are incapable of and so not culpable for household decisions.

I like your thinking, and to add to what women are capable of, they can make decisions about their own bodies without men, or the government sticking their noses, or other parts of their bodies, into the decision.
