Republicans did all of this, though. As a former Bush era Republican, I take a share of the blame. Part of righting the wrong is changing my party affiliation and never aligning myself with the party that caused this—never, ever again.

And I can voice my concerns about the Democratic Party from within. It’s much easier to talk directly to your team than to shout at them from the other side of the field. Changes are coming because the party is growing. We improve together or split off to a good 3rd party, but 1st we END the GOP.
