Garcia made an illegal entry into the U.S. in 2013. Since then, Grand Jury found evidence of him transporting thousands of migrants, including women, children, firearms, narcotics and MS-13 members, using vehicles modified for smuggling. He was also convicted of human smuggling & trafficking.
