It's very frustrating sitting here with enough history in my head to know exactly what is going to happen, and exactly the benefit of stopping it, while also knowing that we exist within the systems we do, and that the elite do as well, and the systems are extremely robust and difficult to change.
It's maddening in some ways. We've been on this trajectory since before I was born, and there is very little I can do to stop it. I can only hold the people I have close to me as tight as possible and try and survive it with them. Even as I rage against it. Best I can do is create space for others.
