I don’t understand, there’s a wide variety EVs with ranges up to 300 and more miles w/o buying a Tesla. No need to get an alibi Hybrid with both technologies inside, which makes it expensive to repair.

I second this. No need for half-measures. I have a 2018 Bolt. It has a 290 mile range and charges overnight with a 220 outlet, which I had installed in our driveway. Mostly we drive local and charge it once every 2 weeks.
