My grandma used to make a dish that was eaten by farmers when they were working on the alp during summer. it´s basically butter with flour. if you do the fancy version you put cinnamon and apple on top. it´s called Schmalzmuas. Which basicly transaltes to "melted butter pudding". beyond delicious

sadly not. there are a ton of different variations. i never attempted to cook it myself.

I think it´s worth trying, but i would recommend being prepared to take a long nap and/or walk afterwards.
