NEW: This morning, DOJ's Drew Ensign confirmed that the last of 76 children the Trump administration tried to put on planes & send to Guatemala in the middle of the holiday weekend are back in the custody of the Office of Refugee Resettlement, the result of a well-timed lawsuit & fast-moving judge.
So the judge ordered the kidnapped children to be left in the hands of henchmen of the criminal puppet regime. This is exactly what I mean when I say that courts, judges, the Dems and the flying Spaghetti monster will not remove the puppet regime FOR you people.

They are all deportation flights. The minors in question were removed from the planes yesterday afternoon.

"Defendants are not aware of any other ..." Such bullshit can not be trusted. He can not say explicitly that all children have definitely been returned to ORR, so he claims ignorance.

This judge and her staff are badass. They worked almost 24 hours straight to make sure these childrens' rights were protected.
Does this carefully worded confirmation mean that they've gone to the trouble of returning only four children? Are there 196 children who they're still moving because they feel like the judge's orders don't apply to them?
What are you talking about. I said "the last of the 76" — meaning the other 72 already had been returned. (Maybe you should read the thread from yesterday, which I provided, if you had a question.)

I get it, truly, but I also provide the information for a reason (and word things carefully). If there was such a ridiculous move from the administration, that would have been in my post.
Every single person involved - agents, pilots, crews, airlines, anyone who saw or signed the order - should be in jail for life. It violates EVERY law we have about reporting potential child endangerment or participation in child endangerment. There is no immunity this barbaric and dangerous shite.

Different status report and show cause. I lost track too. Ensign explained why he missed the 4:00pm deadline. Not the 6:30pm deadline. So Judge ordered Ensign to show cause
No. Ensign is not a plaintiff. This was the order to the plaintiffs.

So essentially she's ordering counsel for the children to confirm that the .gov actually followed the original order? One presumes they're going to say something like we were unable to answer your request in a timely manner because the .gov was stonewalling..?

Yes, and, I want to know why the kids on the plane were returned in dribs and drabs, instead of all at once. The latest, apparently, not until 1:30 am. Why the delays? Maybe the lawyers will add more to the unknowns.
Potentially they were on multiple planes? Or, potentially returned all at once but paperwork/supporting info was delivered in clusters. (Less-friendly option: They were trying to figure out which kids might be exempt from the ruling and hoping to deport some.)
