In the image posted above by Annie, it is not a "Nazi uniform" it's a Japanese police uniform modified to fit her character's color scheme. The armband being red is unfortunate but has reasonable doubt, unlike the creative choice to use explicit Nazi imagery like an SS lapel badge.
