$500 cookware. I can see it. My stainless i got a deal on a 10 and 12 inch skillets for $100. And i got what I could afford. The ones I would love was about that for 1. Miserable is good quality. I'm content with my Misen. Most people don't know how to care for stainless. And ruin their nonstick

that's what? 7 pots/pans max? if my life got in order (found a job, and had someone to cook for) i probably would need to get around 200 euros of stuff for the kitchen (i buy most things used, but you can't do that with non-stick coated stuff, so...)
