...warm, sterilised jar/jars. Voilà! You can spread the garlic onto bread, squish it into soups and sauces or just eat it from the jar 🤫 The oil, well, drizzle that on any & everything! Just make sure the garlic stays covered. Top up if you must. Good for up to 6 months in the fridge, but no chance!

Top tip for BBQs & parties...make a basic pizza dough, roll into small rounds ca. 10 across, brush with a good slosh of the garlicky, herby oil, sprinkle with flaky salt & bake in a screaming hot oven 220-240°C for about 8-10 minutes depending on thickness. Garlic pizza breads. Thank me later.😉

10cm across, or make a regular sized pizza base and cut it. Entirely up to you. But make more than you think you'll need. They're very, VERY more-ish!
