You talk to your state's national guard leaders and convince them to uphold their oath and refuse the illegal orders, hopefully they join you, but even if they don't. You take what you got and you go to the airport and you don't let them enter city

A lot of "ICE agents" I have seen aren't that well trained. A citizens militia or something to that nature would probably fly over well with a lot of people in Illinois. They may not be trained but many on the opponent side aren't that slick either.
