why in the world would you call police on ICE unless you wanted the cops to help la migra?

I assume the idea is "These ICE agents are masked kidnappers who are not even proving that they're law enforcement when asked. They should be treated as ordinary kidnappers and we should demand the local cops do so!" This is, of course, wishful thinking. Cops gonna cop.
