Everyone EXPECTED Hillary Clinton to win. Even Comey did. It’s why he wrote his ludicrous letter about not investigating. He was covering his ass for WHEN she won. Then Cambridge Analytica, FB, Kremlin troll farms and Conway/Kushner depressed turnout. It was Putin’s spite to bury Clinton.
