SAME! Especially when some of the quests just pop up when I'm trying to mind my business!? I plant some vegetables? Quest unlocked. I go fishing? Catch a damn quest. Like pls leave me alone.

Like, I'd rather they finish the main quests so I can get more of the story than just hitting me with random quests 😭

I didn't even know there was a main quest to actually invest in 😭 the random quests can also feel so overwhelming when you want to do everything

Yeah, the main quests are where the story and lore of Palia is. The friendship and romance quests are the villagers' individual stories. Then the random quests are... just there, in my opinion and to keep busy, but a lot of those can be tied to the overall story too.

Okay that makes so much sense! I think because I feel so bogged down with the random quests popping up, I dont really feel invested in it or the main story. I just want to romance my fave and max out my skills 😆

Ain't nothing wrong with that because it can get annoying. I'm doing the last bit of main quests in the Elderwood now, and it is tedious af. I end up just going to work on my garden and finishing my house. But I can say that the villager quests and main quests are worth it for the amazing story.
