He *finally* apologized. BEFORE that he made a statement saying he won, the kid was too slow, ha ha too bad, survival of the fittest, all competitions have losers, and if you say something about me I don't like I'll sue you.
He stated he did not make the rude posting and apologized for what did happen. I’ll take him at his word, since I have no proof otherwise. Not all wealthy people are liars and scumbags.
